Patient Letter

Dear Families,

As the COVID numbers in NYC are on the rise again, we want to send some important reminders and updates. We have made it a priority to continue to serve our patients, both sick and well, throughout this pandemic. 

For us to continue seeing sick children in the office, we ask for your cooperation and adherence to the following safety measures:

1. Every patient needs to complete a screening questionnaire within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. 
2. Please be honest on this questionnaire.  We will still see your child if medically necessary but need schedule it safely for everyone.
3. We must limit one caretaker per child in the office.
4. When in the office, we ask that you please stay in the exam rooms with the door closed.
5. We do not accept walk-ins.  You must have a scheduled appointment.

6. We are excited to introduce Healow® CHECK-IN, which is a safe and secure contactless check-in method that will let patients check in for an appointment, confirm insurance coverage, fill out questionnaires, make payments, and more from the comfort of your home.

When the patient arrives at our office, all you have to do is click “I have arrived” on your smartphone. This lets us know that the patient is ready, and where and how to find them.
